How is training changing as knowledge becomes digitally available, learning processes become more immersive, and artificial intelligence is increasingly used in production? This event is aimed at trainers and specialists from training companies who not only want to understand current technological developments but also experience them in practice. In the morning, three keynote speeches will provide insights into key future topics in vocational training: changing learning habits, digital knowledge management, XR applications in training, and AI in the production environment.

The afternoon will be hands-on: at interactive stations and demonstrators, participants can directly experience XR applications, digital assistance systems, robotics, indoor positioning, smart visualization, and other Industry 4.0 solutions. The focus will always be on the question of how modern technologies can meaningfully support training, knowledge transfer, and learning at the workplace.
