MITCenter - Zentrum für medizinische Innovation und Technologie
MITCenter is the transfer center for health innovation in Central Germany. We bring MedTech and care together: manufacturers, startups, and research on the one hand, the region's clinical reality on the other — as a neutral partner, not a manufacturer, not a distributor. We develop groundbreaking ideas and competently, evidence-based, and without delay, guide them into effective clinical care.
Our anchor partner is the University Hospital Leipzig: Here, companies validate and pilot directly in everyday care. To this end, we work with real clinical data — precisely the evidence that counts for reimbursement and market entry.
The establishment of MITCenter is funded by the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy.

Turbofluss
Turbofluss is a digital office cockpit for trades, crafts, and small businesses. It is aimed at companies whose administration is increasingly becoming a bottleneck as they grow.
The following scenario is typical: Mail and documents pile up, quotes and invoices are postponed, working hours are recorded incidentally — and in the end, the owner bears the burden again, even though no one has additional capacity for office organization. Often, the problem is not a lack of software, but the need to maintain multiple tools in parallel, for which there is no time in daily business.
We developed Turbofluss for this situation: a system that maps recurring office processes in a continuous workflow — from incoming correspondence to quotes and invoices to time tracking. Employees record their times via their own web app on their smartphone; evaluation and control take place in the central Turbofluss dashboard. This way, office and operational activities are not considered separately, but are merged into one system.
Turbofluss prepares processes and maintains an overview; the company retains the decision-making power and approves what is to become binding. The goal is less administrative effort, fewer backlogs, and more transparency in daily business. On average, a 4-person company saves between 15 & 20 hours per month, solely through recurring tasks that Turbofluss automates.
Turbofluss is set up individually and continuously supported. It is developed and offered from Leipzig.

Mimetik GmbH
Mimetik develops technology for capturing human skills and turning them into high-quality training data for humanoid robots and Physical AI. Our M-One Suite combines industrial-grade smart gloves, full-body motion tracking, cameras, 3D positioning and synchronized software to record how people perform real tasks in production, maintenance and logistics environments.
A core part of our AI stack is a Motion Language Model that translates human motion into structured language and work-step descriptions, reducing annotation effort and enriching datasets with semantic context for robot training and fine-tuning.
Our patented smart gloves have been validated in paid industrial projects. Building on six years of industrial data-collection experience, Mimetik is now focused on scalable data infrastructure for humanoid robotics.
