Oxaphil GmbHWe develop functional, high-performance materials based on poly(2-oxazolines) (POx): precise, scalable, and biocompatible. Our focus is on the production and application of next-generation solubilizers for active ingredients, cosmetic actives, and other demanding formulations. POx are versatile materials: they dissolve, stabilize, protect, and enable controlled release. Their modular chemistry allows us to develop tailored solutions for real formulation challenges, often with superior precision and performance compared to conventional alternatives. Our technology is based on a patented synthesis platform that enables us to produce POx with a defined structure, high purity, and scalable quantities. This opens up a powerful class of materials for industrial use – materials that have long been established in academic research but have been rarely available commercially. Oxaphil combines sound scientific expertise with a clear application focus. Our team combines backgrounds in polymer chemistry, formulation science, and technology transfer. In collaboration with partners, we transfer POx from the laboratory into real-world applications, from cosmetics to biotechnology to pharmaceuticals.
