Gründernetzwerk SAXEED The SAXEED start-up network AWAKENS ENTREPRENEURIAL SPIRIT AND UNLOCKS POTENTIAL Universities have great potential to use knowledge and technology to create economically successful start-ups. We want to unlock this potential together with you! We do this on behalf of the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Protection (BMWK) and the Saxon State Ministry for Economic Affairs, Labor and Transport (SMWA). With our interdisciplinary team, we sensitize and motivate students, university graduates and employees of the four southwest Saxon universities and non-university research institutions in Chemnitz, Freiberg, Mittweida and Zwickau to the idea of starting their own company. The aim is to recognize the value of your own research and theses and to search together for applications and economic exploitation opportunities. In addition, we qualify and support interested parties through lectures and workshops or a wide range of consulting services - all free of charge for our target group, as this is our funding mandate! We are supported by strong regional and national partners. We have been working together successfully in this way since 2006. Together we contribute to a stronger culture of independence, initiative and entrepreneurial thinking at universities and research institutions and make a contribution to the innovative power of the Saxon economy.
