Test Period Cockpit

Businesses must have work equipment inspected at legally prescribed intervals, such as ladders, shelves, lifting equipment, electrical machinery, fire extinguishers. The owner is personally liable. The goal is to build software that manages inventory, monitors deadlines, and documents the chain of evidence seamlessly with a stored inspection catalog that includes the legal basis, interval, and necessary inspector qualifications for each equipment category.

Presentation of the founding project

Who are you? Background, motivation, relevant experience? What role, if any, do the team members have?

I am Max, a business informatics student at TU Dresden. I am developing the Prüffristen-Cockpit alone so far. The trigger: Small businesses legally required to comply with inspection deadlines according to BetrSichV and DGUV manage these in Excel, unknowingly building up liability risks. I am looking for a co-founder with domain knowledge in occupational safety or with a sales and operations profile.

What have you achieved so far (prototype, users, revenue)?

Initial consultation at dresden|exists has taken place. The current focus is on interviews with occupational safety specialists and companies for validation.

Honest assessment instead of pitch rhetoric. Decisions are justified, not sold. Those who join shape the product and direction, instead of completing tasks. I build quickly, but I don't build anything that hasn't been tested in practice beforehand. Remote and asynchronous is a given. Dresden as a base is important to me for customer proximity.

I am looking for someone for the commercial and communicative side. Specifically, this involves: Business administration: Sharpening the business model and pricing model, financial planning, funding landscape Communication: Conducting discussions with occupational safety specialists and companies to test the assumptions behind the product. The goal is to engage with the target group.
