About me

I am the founder and Managing Director of Mimetik, with a background in hardware and software development, robotics, applied research and building complex technical systems end to end. Over the past years, I have led the development of Mimetik’s industrial smart-glove platform, Motion AI technologies and the transition toward human-skill capture for humanoid robots.

Personally, I am highly goal-oriented, hands-on and systematic. I enjoy creating and controlling complex systems, especially where hardware, software and AI have to work together reliably in the real world. I like working closely with technical teams, customers and partners, and I tend to focus strongly on execution and measurable results. My experience spans C++, embedded systems, agentic AI, robotics, prototyping and technology development.

Smart Glove with Motion AI

Mimetik’s Smart Glove is an industrial-grade wearable for precise capture of hand and finger motion during real work. Its patented open-fingertip design combines robustness, low weight and a hygiene concept suited for repeated use in industrial environments without significantly disturbing natural movements. The glove is combined with Mimetik’s Motion AI, which interprets captured motion and translates it into recognized activities, work steps and structured annotations. This turns raw movement data into meaningful process information and reduces the manual effort required for labeling. Together, the Smart Glove and Motion AI provide a scalable way to capture, understand and structure human skills for process analysis, documentation and increasingly for training humanoid robots and Physical AI.
